Help Fuel the Dream to the World Stage
We are Tristan and Owen Weigelin, two Nova Scotian snowboard cross athletes on a mission to proudly represent Canada and Nova Scotia at the highest level of our sport.
To help fuel our journeys to the 2027 World University Games in Norway and the 2027 Canada Winter Games in Quebec City we are seeking continued financial support.
Who We Are
Tristan age 20 - I was proud to be selected to represent Canada and Saint Mary’s University at the 2025 World University Games in Italy. Unfortunately, a serious injury derailed that opportunity but not my spirit. My sights are now firmly set on Norway in 2027.
Owen age 17 – Currently rising through the ranks at the national level, I am intensely training to represent Nova Scotia in multiple events at the 2027 Canada Winter Games. Inspired by my brother, I’m focussed on both podium finishes and personal growth.

Why Your Support Matters
Elite-level snowboard training and competition require significant travel and costs. With Nova Scotia’s limited winter season, we must train and race across Canada—often as far away as the Yukon with other events in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia—to sharpen our skills and gain international experience.
