Olivia Fry started snowboarding at 2 yrs. She began her development in Freestyle Snowboarding with her middle sister Stella, as a member at Alpine Ski Club from ages 4 to 9 (where she and her family are members of). At age 10, Olivia had reached a point where she and her sister were wanting and ready to begin training more seriously in Slopestyle so they joined The Senders and now train with their youngest sister Reese out of Mt. St. Louis Moonstone with The Senders Club.

Some accomplishments for Olivia to note, starting last season were being welcomed on to the Development Team for Ontario Snowboard and earning a Bronze Medal in the Provincial Finals at Beaver Valley. Last season, Olivia was welcomed on to the Corbett’s Groms team of Athletes with her sister Stella. During Provincial competitions last season, Olivia started off with a Bronze in Groms SS at Mt. St. Louis at the first comp of the season; followed by a Silver Medal at Horseshoe Valley at Provincial Comp #2; at Provincial Finals at Beaver Valley, Olivia captured her first Gold Medal in Groms SS; Olivia placed 4thin SS at her first Jr. Nationals this past season; to end the season, Olivia was invited out with some of the FIS riders on her Senders team to train at Mammoth on the large features and main park for the first time and had the best experience!

Olivia remains committed to working to reach her goal of making team Canada for Slopestyle and going to the Olympics, winning gold and eventually becoming a pro snowboarder. Any help and support along the way is welcome and greatly appreciated!

Other Notables: Olivia is also a multi-sport athlete, playing girls U13 Rep Field and Box Lacrosse for Burlington and was a member of Team Ontario’s Women’s U13 Box lacrosse team where they won Silver this past August at the Nationals in Halifax.

Siân and I really appreciate any time/support provided for Olivia and our family. Thanks so much!
